A very good friend of mine who prefers to remain nameless (@swardley) built a beautiful graph on the Enterprise IT adoption Cycle. Seems to be garnering a huge amount of interest after I used it in my presentation at BriForum so reposted here is the graph (Click for a larger version).

    I remember being “progressive” at the companies I worked for and always viewed as the black sheep. IT admins and CIOs should turn around and find the active, cutting edge users and constantly experiment with and learn from them.
